TERRY SUPER, P.E.

Terry Super has been a principal of SSC since 1999. His 35 years of experience includes design, supervision, management, and administration of projects for wireless telecommunication sites as well as power, lighting, grounding, control, and alarm system design for new and existing commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. Currently, Mr. Super leads SSC’s alternative energy subsidiary, Selective Site Energy. Mr. Super is a registered professional engineer, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Science from Rockhurst College in 1974 and a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri in 1978.

LARRY LOUK

Larry Louk is a founding principal of SSC, guiding the firm since its inception in 1997. He has over 27 years of management and business experience, with 15 of those years as a practicing attorney in the areas of real estate negotiations (including acquisitions and commercial lease negotiation/litigation), business development and acquisitions, municipal zoning matters and special assessment litigation, construction litigation, licensing agreements, and public hearing presentations. Presently, Mr. Louk serves as general counsel to SSC and is president of SSC’s affiliated company, Selective Site Development, which currently concentrates on new telecommunications tower development. Mr. Louk is a graduate of the University of Kansas where he received his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 1979 and a Juris Doctorate in 1982.

JIM STEELE

Jim Steele is a founding principal of SSC, guiding the firm since its inception in 1997. Mr. Steele has over 25 years experience in construction, construction management, and project management. Currently, Mr. Steele is in charge of the company’s administrative management and provides oversight of Selective Site Properties, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SSC, as a licensed real estate broker. Mr. Steele received his degree in Business Administration from Kansas State University.
